Background:

Yutaka Takenouchi is a young and famous Japanese Actor. Before that, he was a model that always appeared in fashion magazines and TV commercials. I don't know him until I watched "Hoshi-no Kinka" (Heaven's Coin / Die Sterntaler) that he played the role Takumi, which is a young doctor in Eiseikai Hospital. I am attracted by his performance as it really out of my expectation that a young man who has just started his career as an actor for just one year.

What I think of the drama...Hoshi-no Kinka

I love the drama "Hoshi-no Kinka" very much because all the actors and actresses were doing so well. (esp. Yutaka & Nori-p). However, the ending of Part I is much better than Part II. In part I, Aya finally came back to Hokkaido after leaving Shuichi. Takumi gave up everything in Tokyo and chased Aya in Hokkaido. I still remember the last scene that Takumi shown his love to Aya that is so touching. However, in part II, Shuichi is dead and Aya is pregnant. Aya go back Hokkaido alone and leave Takumi in Tokyo. I don't like this ending because I think Aya and Takumi is a good combination and they should get together once again. I think this drama is quite similar to a Japan Comic called "Georgia". (Anyone have read that comic?) Anyway, the drama is over and no one can change the result.

Besides Hoshi-no Kinka, Takenouchi Yutaka has also take part in several dramas like "Boku-no Shushoku" (How I Found Work), "Tokyo Daigaku Monogatari" (Story of University of Tokyo), "Mada Koi-ha Hajimaranai" (Love Hasn't Started Yet), "Risou no Kekkon" (Wedding Story), "Long Vacation" and the latest one is "Beachboys". Through the dramas he played, Takenouchi Yutaka proved us that he is not just a handsome guy but has the talent to be a good actor that can play various roles. I can't wait to watch all his dramas la! Hoping that he can do us many many good dramas in the future.
